Sharp fast cutting heat trated aluminum oxide abrasive helps to maintain Ra finish specifications throughout product life, reducing scrap and rework.
Proprietary resin technology eliminates smearing even on high nickel alloys.
Resists loading on aluminum and other soft materials.
Tough woven backing resists edge wear and can provide up to 2 times the life of regualr surface conditioning products.
The thick layer of abrasive grain that is evely disperesed throughout the non-woven surface can reduce processing time by up tom 50% or greater.
