Featuring our exclusive Trizact™ technology for uniform and consistent finish, our 3M™ Trizact™ Performance Sanding Abrasive Disc makes refined, professional sanding faster and easier. This durable disc features Trizact™ mineral abrasive – tiny, sharp structures resembling pyramids which are arranged uniformly across the surface. These structures create a fast, even cut that removes very fine sand scratches from metal surfaces. A foam backing makes the disc conformable for excellent consistency even around contours. This P3000 grade disc is so precise it is even recommended for creating refined, scratch-free finishes to stainless steel. And the Hookit™ hook-and-loop feature on the back makes it fast and easy to apply the disc to your sanding tool when used with 3M™ Hookit™ backup pads.

About Our Trizact™ Abrasives

About Our Hookit™ Attachment System

Hookit™ discs have brushed nylon loop backings. They instantly grip the J-shaped hooks on 3M™ Hookit™ disc pads. It’s simple: just slap the disc on and start sanding. The disc removes just as cleanly and easily, and can be re-used again and again for the extent of its abrasive life.

About the 3M™ Body Repair System
Even a small repair can seem complex at first. So 3M’s Body Repair System simplifies the entire automotive body repair process by dividing it into four stages:

Stage 1 – Prepare. This stage includes pulling dents, removal of paint and rust and efficient, effective masking of the area.

Stage 2 – Fill. This stage involves patching holes with reinforced filler and smoothing and shaping filler before painting.

Stage 3 – Paint. This stage includes painting the area and blending and smoothing primer and paint.
