IRON OXIDE Flexicord is designed to be sprayed with our MASTER JET flame spray gun. IRON OXIDE provides a dark grey smooth coating, good wear resistance, good resistance to impact and scratches, compatible with steel thermal expansion, making it suitable for further forging operation.

Applications: Internal steel forging dies, Infrared (IR) absorbent surfaces, good sliding properties. Sacrificial coating in steel forming.
