Composites, plastics and alloys can be routed faster and cleaner at 40,000 rpm with a finer surface quality and less fiber break-out with the 310RXDM with trigger switch control. The oil-free patented mechanism results in no oil misting and no part contamination. The 310RXDM is a powerful direct drive turbine with only 2 moving parts: the result is low vibration, low heat and great durability. Standard Equipment: Hand Tool, 1/4″ or optional 6mm collet, collet wrenches, rear exhaust, exhaust deflector and trigger switch. Oil free 90 psi (6.2 bar), clean, dry air supply required.

Developed for use in heavy-duty applications from die finishing, slotting to weld removal. Where extra power is needed this tool excels and is exceptionally comfortable. Cut composites, plastics, wood and fiberglass cleaner and faster with low stress. Serious power to rout or drill. The vibration level is only 0,9 mm/s_ – minimal.
The 310RXDM also incorporates heavy-duty bearings within a larger, thick housing. This tool may be fitted to the shop’s hose assembly or our air supply assembly with fittings. The 310RXDM has a deadman’s handle for quick, easy shut-off.
