3M Double Coated Polyethylene Foam Tape 4466 White is a closed-cell, polyethylene foam carrier. It is formulated for more hard to bond surfaces. The unique rubber adhesive system provides quick stick and conforms to irregular and low surface energy (LSE) materials.

3M Mounting Tapes are made especially for use with 3M Window Insulator Kits. Easy to apply with a ready to peel liner, the double sided Scotch tape creates a strong bond between the surface, tape and film, securing film in place all season long .
