33M Wind Tape Adhesion Promoter W9910-1 is designed to enhance the initial adhesion of 3M Wind Protection Tape in demanding situations.

It allows for faster initial adhesion build of 3M Wind Protection Tapes to surfaces such as polyurethane paint, epoxy primers and epoxy composites.
