Our 3M Flex Pack Nozzle is a key component for accurately applying 3M 1-part urethane adhesives and seam sealers in collision repair. Tapered design allows users to cut the ends for the closest possible bead shapes and heights to meet strength requirements or match OEM. The nozzle is designed for 3M Flex Pack materials, and works with the Flex Pack Applicator Gun PN08398.

For Precise Application of Sealers and Adhesives
When getting the job done right is critical for strength, sealing capability and appearance, our 3M™ Flex Pack Nozzle is a simple yet very valuable component in collision repair. The nozzle is designed specifically to work with our standard applicator guns, such as our Flex Pack Applicator Gun PN08398, and our Flex Pack urethane adhesives and seam sealers. It is designed to fit securely into the barrel of the applicator gun, and tapered to a fine point. This allows precision application or the ability to cut to a specific size or shape to help meet the requirements of each job.
The nozzle is ideal for easily applying even high viscosity urethanes to match OEM beads or ensure consistent contact with auto glass or across seams. Lightweight and disposable, the nozzles can also be easily switched out.
