These non-woven wheels are designed to create desired surface finishes where little or no stock removal is required. Norton®’s unified wheels have an open mesh construction that is waterproof, washable, conformable, and non-loading.

Its engineered aluminum oxide abrasive grain and improved resin bond system cut quickly and efficiently, improving the part quality of your finished piece. This unified wheel’s thick nylon web doubles its effective lifespan and delivers a fast finish with minimal shedding. The wheel’s controlled porosity helps ensure a cool cut despite its high stock removal rate, which makes it ideal for light weld bead and splatter removal and heavy deburring, as well as for finishing applications.
