Abrasive Specifications

Long life and extremely consistent finishing. Tear resistant. Improve surfaces without significantly changes in shape or dimension. Low temperature and high resistance to load.
Similar to the BCW DB, but the resin used to produce the R type is more rigid.
The pressure is applied more direct on the worked surface increasing the cutting action, but reducing the conformability and the controlled cut.
Recommended applications: Removing light burrs, Blending machine and belt marks and applying final finishes.
Work surfaces: All kind of metal (stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, alloys, steel), plastic and composite materials.
