  • Long life and extremely consistent finishing. Tear resistant. Improve surfaces without significantly changes in shape or dimension. Low temperature and high resistance to load.
  • Similar to the BCW DB, but the resin used to produce the R type is more rigid.
  • The pressure is applied more direct on the worked surface increasing the cutting action, but reducing the conformability and the controlled cut.
  • Recommended applications: Removing light burrs, Blending machine and belt marks and applying final finishes.
  • Work surfaces: All kind of metal (stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, alloys, steel), plastic and composite materials.
