Abrasive Specifications

Long life and extremely consistent finishing. Tear resistant. Improve surfaces without significantly changes in shape or dimension. Low temperature and high resistance to load.
Layers of medium or coarse silicon carbide abrasive non woven material with a sift open web impregnated with resin wrapped around a core.
The open web allow to use coarser grit sized without increasing temperature, loading and glazing, long life, extremely consistent finishing, high stock removal, conformability to the worked piece and cool running.
Recommended applications: Satin and cosmetic finishing, uniformed, brushed finish blending machine and belt marks and applying final finishes, removing discoloration from welds, general purpose cleaning, removing rust.
Work surfaces: All kind of metal (stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, alloys, steel), plastic and composite materials.
