Abrasive Specifications

Long life and extremely consistent finishing. Tear resistant. Improve surfaces without significantly changes in shape or dimension. Low temperature and high resistance to load.
Thin layers of fine silicon carbide abrasive non woven material impregnanted with resin wrapped around a core.
Long life also if used on edges or sharp parts, with extremely consistent finishing, high stock removal, conformability to the worked piece and cool running. Different density from 7 (softer) to 9 (harder).
Recommended applications: removing light burrs, blending machine and belt marks and applying final finishes, polishing molds, dies, surgical tools, finishing prior to polishing or final finishing.
Work surfaces: All kind of metal (stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, alloys, steel), plastic and composite materials.
