Extreme Orange premium foam abrasives are manufactured with high performance aluminum oxide abrasive, bonded directly onto our proprietary polyurethane foam with 100% solids adhesive.
The extremely sharp and friable P-graded aluminum oxide abrasive produces a fast cutting action under light pressure for consistent material removal and finish throughout the life of the product
Premium loop scrim is laminated to the foam for easy attachment and removal from hook and loop pads
The proprietary “orange” urethane foam provides the correct firmness to enable the abrasive grain to cut yet provides flexible support to allow the product to conform to uneven surfaces.
Extreme Orange Coarse grade foam will produce a finish/scratch pattern between 60 and 80 grit
