Vinyl Face for PSA Discs
3M Stikit Soft Disc Pad has a smooth vinyl face that drives small, 1-1/4,” 3M Stikit discs with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backings. By applying pressure, the disc can be stuck to the pad, much like a sticker. The vinyl face of the pad, combined with the PSA backing of the discs, allows for easy removal with minimal residue and convenient disc changes between applications. Moreover, the PSA to vinyl face attachment is very close ? with only the adhesive standing between the pad and the disc. In this way, few barriers limit the hand-held pressure operators choose to apply and transfer this power directly to the substrate.
