3M™ Clean Sand Painter’s Pad with Hookit™ attachment system is a painter’s backup pad that uses the proprietary 3M 31-hole design for outstanding dust control when used with 5 inch 3M Clean Sand abrasives or other 6 hole or 5 inch dust-free abrasive products. Our dust-management system pulls dust away from the work surface better than many competitive products. The series of uniquely positioned holes allows extraction of the dust to prevent loading, increase productivity and provide a cleaner work surface. Our system adds life to the abrasive and creates a more pleasant work experience. </p>

The HookIt™ Advantage
Abrasive discs are easy to attach and change-out with the HookIt™ attachment system. The ability to attach or remove a disc in moments saves time and effort in a shop, often times boosting productivity. But that’s not the only benefit. Because you can remove and re-attach the same disc multiple times, you can switch out yet still reuse a disc as long as the abrasive still has a useful service life. While convenience is enhanced, the HookIt system compromises nothing in terms of secure attachment of the disc. The small loops in a HookIt system hold the disc securely in place.</p>
