ZIRMAG SUPRA Flexicord is designed to be sprayed with our MASTER JET flame spray gun. ZIRMAG SUPRA is designed to provide thermal barrier properties and reduce wettability versus molten metals. It has a good resistance to thermal shocks and thermal cycles. Very stable up to high temperature (1400 C). Smoother surface and is denser than MAGNESIUM ZIRCONATE.
Applications: Tools in contact with steel at high temperatures, in various hot forming processes (steel extrusion dies). Thermal barrier on exhaust manifold, etc.
