Self Levels Before It Cures
3M™ Self-Leveling Seam Sealer uses a flexible two-part epoxy technology to reliably seal seams in properly prepared metal enclosures in auto bodies. This sealer provides a self-leveling characteristic that allows it to flow before curing and is perfect for horizontal applications requiring a smooth, puddled, application of seam sealer. 3M™ Self-Leveling Seam Sealer is applied directly over primed metal and matches OEM seams with no shrinkage or cracking.
Where to Use
Our self-leveling seam sealer is designed for use in the auto body industry and is typically used to replace “roof division channel” sealers, this sealer is not recommended for the repair of vessels designed to contain liquids or liquids under pressure. 3M™ Self-Leveling Seam Sealer may be suitable for some architectural or industrial applications (user assumes responsibility to test for suitability).
