3M Wetordry Sponge Pads are excellent for making hand sanding easier and more efficient in collision repair. The soft hand sanding pads provides flexible and long-lasting support for 3M sanding sheets such as a 3-fold wrap of 3M Silicon Carbide Paper Sheets, Wetordry Color Sanding Paper Sheets or Production Paper Sheets during wet sanding or dry sanding.
The Support You Need for Excellent Results
The 3M™ Wetordry™ Sponge Pad provides just what you need to achieve excellence in collision repair: the right level of support. Its 2-3/4” x 5-1/2” x 3/8” size fits neatly in your hand and readily accepts paper sanding sheets on either side, making it easy to hold and use. Its material provides the ideal support for abrasive sheets – strong enough to hold up during aggressive sanding, yet soft and flexible to promote control and consistent contact across the sanding surface. Technicians can dip the entire sheet and pad into a bucket for wet sanding, or wrap sized sheets around the pad for added support during dry hand sanding.
