For automotive auto body applications requiring a non-twisting, flat sanding surface, our 3M Stikit Hand File Board provides plenty of rigid control plus consistent contact with the work surface. The durable 2-3/4 inch x 16 inch body features a hard, solvent-resistant material that is still easily grasped and held. Double handles ? a round grip handle at the end, and a knob toward the front of the file board ? allow for double handed sanding, great for larger work surfaces and for localized areas requiring more aggressive application.

An embossed rubber face is resilient and flexible, which helps technicians maintain consistent contact with the work surface. It also provides a great surface for Stikit sheets and rolls, allowing for firm adhesion during use and quick release to help save time and money.

About Our Stikit System

The 3M Stikit system was designed for convenient changes between abrasive grades or applications. Stikit abrasive rolls and sheets come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so that attaching them to the hand block is as simple as pressing on a sticker. Yet they remove cleanly without adhesive residue left on the block.
